Team Kaizen is a North Carolina–based car group comprising 8 close friends & family members who share a lifelong passion for the car scene. Founded in 2022 in a friend’s garage, what began as a small idea quickly turned into a brand built on creativity, commitment, and community.

We took a chance on ourselves by creating and selling our own car-themed merchandise, including apparel, accessories, decals, and keychains. All of our apparel is designed and produced in-house to ensure quality and fair pricing.
