Before Team Kaizen was a brand, it was Friday nights in a garage. Eight friends and family members united by one thing: an obsession with cars that never faded.

In 2022, we turned that passion into something tangible. We started designing our own apparel, producing everything in-house so we could guarantee the quality and keep prices fair for the community that inspires us.

Our name comes from the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen—the pursuit of continuous improvement. It’s how we approach our builds, our brand, and our lives.

Every piece we create carries that spirit. This isn’t fast fashion. It’s gear made by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.
